ATTITUDES 'OF YEMEN ULAMA SYAIKH MUQBIL ASY-AL-HADI BIN AL-WADI'I 

Against 

Usama bin Laden 

(Chairman of Al-Qaedah, Movement Terrorism - Khawarij International) 



In a meeting with 'Allamatul Yemen Muqbil ash-Shaykh al-Hadi ibn Wadi'i, the newspaper Al-Ra'yul' Am Kuwait, dated December 19, 1998 edition of 11,503, he said:

"We find that the Muslims are always faced with the pressures in the western countries only because of an explosion at any place in nature?" 
  

Ash-Shaykh Muqbil vol replied: 

"I knew it, and I have been contacted by a comrade from England who complain of the pressures they experience. They asked if he could announce their innocent attitude of Usama bin Laden. So I replied: 

We are all innocent of him and his activities since long before this. And witnessed the reality that the Muslims (who live) in the western countries because of the depressed with movements that played by the group Al Brethren groups and others. Musta'an Allaah. " 

Asker it says: "Do you give advice to Usama bin Laden?" 

Ash-Shaykh Muqbil vol replied: 
  

"I've sent some advice (to Usama bin Laden), but Allaah knows best what advice it has reached him or not. Has come to delegates from those who offer help to us for preaching. But after that we were surprised by their attitude that send some money and asked us to share them with qabilah leaders to purchase the tanks and weapons. I declined their offer and I asked them not to come back to the residence. Then I explain to them that our activity is proselytizing activities only. And we were never going to allow our students to perform activities other than proselytizing. "

Ash-Shaykh Muqbil also said in his book Tuhfat Mujib, the transcript of a lecture he dated 18 Safar 1417 AH with the title: "Behind-blasting blasting event on earth Al Haramain":

إن الله لا يقبض العلم انتزاعا ينتزعه من العباد, و لكن يقبض العلم بقبض العلماء, حتى إذا لم يبق عالما, اتخذ الناس رؤوسا جهالا, فسئلوا, فأفتوا بغير علم, فضلوا و أضلوا

وتلك الأمثال نضربها للناس وما يعقلها إلا العالمون

إن في ذلك لآيات للعالمين 

Verily in that are Signs for those who have knowledge. [Ar-Rum: 22]

  

إنما يخشى الله من عباده العلماء 

  

Indeed among the servants of God who fear Him is the 'ulama. [Fatir: 28] 

  

يرفع الله الذين آمنوا منكم و الذين أوتوا العلم درجات 

  

God exalted those who believe and knowledge among you a few degrees. [Al Mujadalah: 11]

Most party leaders (groups) are ignorant people. Ash-Shaykh Muqbil also said in the book of the same: 

"... And what about those who had killed 20 Americans, but with that they make Muslims afraid of the country as a whole. So it mandatory for us to equip the students and youths who brutally with science, and brought to them the 'ulama who will guide them, such as the ash-Shaykh Bin Baz, ash-Shaykh Ibn' Uthaymeen, ash-Shaykh Rabi 'bin Hadi, Ash-Shaykh Salih Al-Fauzan and that similar among the 'noble scholars to explain to people that the religious affairs should not be taken from people like Osama bin Laden and Al Mis'ari or others. But these religious matters should be taken from the 'ulama. .... In fact these people are still desperately need a thousand 'ulama such as ash-Shaykh Bin Baz, and a thousand' other scholars like Ash-Shaykh al-Albani. "
