Part One
Here we will explain some basic and Imam Samudra roots thinking that characterize the various errors and error contained in his book "I Fight Terrorists".

Should be known that ignorance means is the period before the Prophet shollallahu 'alaihi wa' ala wa sallam alihi sent to mankind. 3. And who said, "I hereby berhukum, and berhukum with more afdhol Islamic law, but other than berhukum with the revelation of God is not", then he has pagan with great disbelief.
4. And who said, "I berhukum this, and he believed that with the addition of berhukum the revelation of God should not be, and he said that more berhukum the shari'ah and afdhol not berhukum to other than", but he bergampangan or doing so because of orders from its master, then he has been with disbelief disbelieve ashgar (small) is not out of religion, and considered from a very big sin. And the Fatwa al-Lajnah Ad-Da `Imah no. 5741, when he proposed the following question, "People who do not berhukum with what was sent down by God, whether he was Muslim or infidel, and deeds-deeds are accepted?"
Answer:
(Him) the Exalted says,
"Whoever does not rule of Allah hath revealed, they are the people who disbelieve." (Surat al-Ma `idah: 44)
And (Allah) the Exalted says,
"Whoever does not rule of Allah hath revealed, they are the people who zholim." (Surat al-Ma `idah: 45)
And (Allah) the Exalted says,
"Whoever does not berhukum what Allah hath revealed, they are the people who rebel." (Surat al-Ma `idah: 47)
But (the verses above) for anyone who justifies it and believe bolehnya, then he is Kufr Akbar, Akbar and kezoliman great wickedness that out of religion. As if he did so because a bribe or other purposes while he believes it is illegitimate, it is considered sinful and pagan ashgar with disbelief and ashgar wicked with wickedness that is not issued (the perpetrators) of the religion. And on this occasion, we also ask God 'may He be glorified for giving instructions to the rulers of the Muslims in order to berhukum law handed down by God in the Qur'an and Sunnah, because it is good and for the people kesejateraan and the state,
"And that: if they keep walking straight on the road (the religion of Islam), really drunk, we will give them fresh water (sustenance of many)." (Surat al-Jinn: 16)
"And if the Book believe and fear Allah, surely we are close (delete) their mistakes and surely We should put them into Gardens of Delight. And if they really run the (law) the Torah, the Gospel and (Al-Qur'an) revealed to them from his Lord, they will get their food from above and from beneath their feet. Among them is the middle class. And evil is done by most of them. "(Surat al-Ma` idah: 65-66)

Second Fallacy Roots: Abuses against THE 'ULAMA

Fallacy Roots Three: Confusion IN MAIN Manhaj
Actually in two basic thoughts on Imam Samudra, as well as the future, there is confusion in the form of Manhaj. But there is some confusion here that ought Manhaj discussion devoted to it. Confusion is related to the meaning of writers Salafi.

Said Shaikh of Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, vol, "There is no reproach against those who show the Salaf schools and attribute to him and ignored him, even obligated to accept it according to the agreement (the scholars). Salafi schools because it really is nothing but just the truth. "[4]
And those who follow in the footsteps of the Salaf (Manhaj Salaf) these are also known by the name of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah, Al-Firqatun Najiyah, Ath-Tha `ifatul Manshurah, and Ahl al-Hadith.
Said Shaikh of Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, vol, "Who argues with the Qur'an and Sunnah and Ijma ', so he included Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah." [5]

Allaah has given only reward you and good luck to anyone who followed the footsteps of the Salaf,

And more funny anymore, style writer tells of 'experience at the end of the book Rohani'nya pp. 267-279. When I read these stories: "Who was that bearded man?", "Remote", "Whence came the water?" And the story of "Bread and Butter", I am frankly surprised a lot of laughter mixed with Shaitan caused by witnessing a fun dragging authors in their error .
